 Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Cake 👩🏼‍🍳 



This delicious pumpkin cake is topped with a cinnamon roll glaze, combining two favorites in one dessert.


Ingredients-

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs


For the Cinnamon Roll Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, oil, and eggs. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into the prepared dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over the cooled cake before serving.
