Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos 🌯🥑
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 ripe avocados, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
4 large flour tortillas
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup lettuce, chopped
½ cup tomatoes, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting)
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
2️⃣ Lay the flour tortillas flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each one.
3️⃣ Add sliced avocado, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
4️⃣ Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up into a burrito.
5️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast the burritos on each side until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of hot sauce or salsa inside the burrito.
You can swap cheddar cheese for pepper jack if you like more spice.
