Carrot Cake:

 



 Ingredients:


 •⁠ ⁠3 medium carrots, grated

 •⁠ ⁠2 cups all-purpose flour

 •⁠ ⁠1 cup sugar

 •⁠ ⁠1/2 cup vegetable oil

 •⁠ ⁠4 eggs

 •⁠ ⁠1 tablespoon baking powder

 •⁠ ⁠1 tablespoon vanilla essence

 •⁠ ⁠1/2 tablespoon salt


 Preparation method:


 1.⁠ ⁠Preheat the oven to 180°C.

 2.⁠ ⁠Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

 3.⁠ ⁠Add the eggs, oil, grated carrot and vanilla essence.

 4.⁠ ⁠Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

 5.⁠ ⁠Pour into a greased and floured pan.

 6. ⁠ ⁠Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
