Ingredients:
• 3 medium carrots, grated
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 1/2 tablespoon salt
Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
3. Add the eggs, oil, grated carrot and vanilla essence.
4. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
5. Pour into a greased and floured pan.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
