Cajun Crab and Shrimp Dip (Prep Time: 15 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 cup crab meat, picked over for shells
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, hot sauce (if using), and lemon juice.
Fold in the crab meat, shrimp, green onions, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
