 Gordon Ramsay Steak Marinade 🥩🌿



Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.


Marinate the Steak: Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.


Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.


Cook the Steak: Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness.


Rest: Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.


Serve: Enjoy your flavorful steak with your favorite sides!
