EGG TARTS RECIPE
Ingredients:
Tart Shells:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 cup salted butter, softened but firm to touch
2 tbsp cold milk
Filling:
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup condensed milk(more if preferred)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
Dough/Tart Shells:
1.Chill for 30 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes get the dough, form it in the molders using your fingers. Make sure that it covers the whole molders. You can use lanera for molders.
3. Bake the dough in an improvised oven KAWALI/PAN for 25 minutes at low heat.
4. After 25 minutes get the tart shells/dough and put the fillings
5. Bake for 30 minutes at low heat
6.Let it cool for 5 minutes
