1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup snap peas
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Noodles:
Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Marinate the Beef:
In a medium bowl, combine the beef slices with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Set aside.
Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil.
Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked noodles and beef back into the skillet with the vegetables.
Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.✅🧡🧡🧡💜
