How to Make Avocado Mango Salad

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling, pitting, and dicing the mangoes and avocados. Chop the red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.

Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.

Add Lime Juice: Drizzle the freshly squeezed lime juice over the salad.

Season and Toss: Season the salad with salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss everything together.

Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Helpful Tips

Choosing Ripe Mangoes and Avocados: Ensure the mangoes and avocados are ripe but not overly soft. This will give your salad a perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess.

Tossing Gently: Be gentle when tossing to avoid mashing the avocados and mangoes.

Adjust the Spice: If you prefer more heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeño or add another pepper.
