Ingredients :
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp liquid milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions :
1. In a large bowl beat the butter and icing sugar until light .
2. Add coconut , flour and baking powder . Mix to combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Add liquid milk and mix again .
3. Spread the dough on your working surface then use a rolling pin to smooth it out .
4 . Use a cookie cutter to cut into equal sizes .Place them in a prepared baking tray.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until well baked .
Double the ingredients if you want more .
