First of all, we start from a hypothesis that may seem contradictory and even funny, but it is the pure and simple truth. Greeks traditionally don't have breakfast and we're talking about the majority of Greeks!


However, we tend to equate the term Greek breakfast with a hearty breakfast made with natural and healthy ingredients . In fact, these are ingredients that are widely used in the Greek Mediterranean diet and perhaps this is why the Greek breakfast is named. 


We are talking about ingredients and products from the land that the country is rich in. Fresh fruit , dried fruit, honey . All raw materials are widely available in the country at all latitudes. But above all, Greek yogurt , a true image of the quality of production and richness.   


What does the Greek breakfast include? A bowl of yogurt, a handful of nuts, peanuts, walnuts or almonds and pieces of fruit.
