 CABBAGE ( BACON, ONION, AND GARLIC)


Fixings:


1 Head of cabbage slashed

1 Onion slashed

2 tsp. Minced garlic

5 Segments of bacon cooked and disintegrated

Saved bacon oil

½ tsp. Onion powder

½ tsp. Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Headings:


Cook the bacon and put it to the side to cool.R eserve the bacon oil.

Place the bacon oil in a profound side pot or skillet, and cook the onion until it is relaxed.

Add the garlic to the pot and saute an additional 30 seconds.

Lessen the intensity to medium-low and add the cabbage to the pot. Mix and afterward cover. Stew until the cabbage has mellowed.

Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Saute another 2-3 minutes.

Add the disintegrated bacon to the highest point of the cabbage and serve.
