Fixings:
Lobster tails, 4 count
Spread, 4 tablespoons
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
1 finely hacked onion
2 stripped and finely hacked carrots
2 finely hacked stems of celery
New hacked thyme, 1 teaspoon
New hacked tarragon, 1 teaspoon (in addition to extra to serve)
Chicken bouillon powder, 1 teaspoon
Salt, ½ teaspoon
New broke dark pepper, ¼ teaspoon
6 cloves of garlic, minced
Tomato glue, 2 tablespoons
Generally useful or plain flour, 3 tablespoons
Dry white wine or sherry, 1 ¼ cup
Lobster stock, 4 cups, or fish or fish stock
Weighty cream, ¾ to 1 cup
Cayenne to taste
Guidelines:
Add 5 cups of water and 1 teaspoon ocean salt to an enormous pot
Permit the water to reach boiling point
Put the lobster tails into the bubbling water and cover with a top
Allow the tails to bubble until they're dazzling red, ordinarily for 5 minutes
Eliminate the lobster tails and save the fluid stock
