Fixings


2 huge potatoes 500g


Parsley


Spring onions


Salt, pepper, garlic powder


2 medium eggs


Corn starch 2 huge tablespoons (40g)


Sweet paprika


Coriander 7g


Vegetable oil for broiling


For the sauce:


Regular yogurt 120g


1 lemon (half lemon juice)


Lemon zing


Parsley


A portion of a cucumber


Salt and pepper


1 clove of garlic


Zesty sauce


Olive oil


Bearings:


1. Grind the potatoes and press them well.


2. Place them in a bowl and add the parsley, chives, salt, pepper, garlic, eggs, starch, paprika and coriander.


3. Structure the flapjacks and sear them in a skillet with oil.


4. Sauce: Blend yogurt, lemon, parsley, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, hot sauce and oil.


5. Serve the flapjacks with this delightful sauce.
