Ingredients:
4 large red bell peppers 🌶️
1 ½ cups cooked quinoa or rice 🍚
1 cup spinach, chopped 🌱
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀

Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 🌟
