Smoky Ghost Pepper Cheeseburger Dip
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 ghost pepper, finely minced (use with caution!)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
¼ cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, ghost pepper, salt, and pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and add in the cream cheese, stirring until it melts and blends into the beef mixture.
Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and gooey.
Add ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles, stirring to combine.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. This dip packs some serious heat and cheesy goodness, perfect for your next game day or party!
