Homemade chicken cordon bleu

 



Ingredients :

- 4 thin chicken scallops

- 4 tranches de jambon  

- 4 slices of cheese (emmental or mozzarella)

- Farine  

- 2 beaten eggs

- Hat

- Sel et poivre  

- Oil for frying


Instructions :  

1. Preparing the scallops

Season each chicken scallop with salt and pepper.


2. Assemblage  

Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each scallop. Roll the scallops tightly to wrap the garnish well.


3. Panure

Place each scallop roll one by one in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the hatchet so that they are well coated.


4. Baking

Heat oil in a skillet and fry the blue cords over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.


5. Égouttage et service  

Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot, accompanied by your choice of sauce.
