Ooey-Gooey Garlic Butter Bacon Ranch Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
1 can pizza dough (or 1 sheet homemade dough)
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions: Let’s get cheesy, y’all! Preheat that oven to 375°F. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and brush it with that luscious melted garlic butter. Sprinkle your ranch seasoning mix evenly over the dough, then top it with the mozzarella, parmesan, and crispy bacon crumbles.
Now, roll up that dough like a big ol' cinnamon roll and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Place each roll in a greased baking dish, brush the tops with a bit more garlic butter, and pop them into the oven for about 20 minutes. You’re lookin’ for golden brown, melty goodness.
When they’re done, sprinkle on that fresh parsley, if you’ve got it, and serve ‘em up warm. These pizza rolls will have everyone fighting for the last one!
