Banana Bread Brownies


 

Ingredients:


2 eggs

3 bananas, mashed (overripe for best sweetness)

1 ½ cups sugar

1 cup sour cream

½ cup butter, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract, combining everything thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients like flour (if you’re adding flour), then fold them into the wet mixture.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached.

Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy!
