Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes!


 

  Ingredients:

- 1 lb. ground beef

- 2 lbs. potatoes

- 1 medium onion

- 2 cups beef broth

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup butter

- Salt & pepper 

  Instructions:

1. Boil and mash potatoes.

2. Brown beef with onion and garlic.

3. Add flour, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and simmer. 

4. Serve gravy over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
