Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast 🥩🦐✨
"A stunning platter of juicy steak bites, buttery shrimp, and vibrant flavors—perfect for sharing or indulging in a luxury meal at home!"
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak or filet mignon, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on, optional)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak Bites:
Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer (do this in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding).
Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Stir in the lemon juice and toss the shrimp in the garlic butter sauce.
3️⃣ Assemble the Feast:
Arrange the steak bites and shrimp on a large serving platter. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and steak.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing.
Optional Side Pairings:
Serve with roasted vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
