8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:


STEP 1: PREPARE THE SOUP
