Pears: 3, ripe but firm, halved and cored

Butter: 2 tbsp

Honey: 2 tbsp, plus more for drizzling

Burrata Cheese: 8 oz, drained and torn into small pieces

Pomegranate Seeds: ½ cup

Crushed Pistachios: ¼ cup

Fresh Thyme Sprigs: For garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Pears:

Slice each pear half into 2-3 thick slices. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.

Caramelize the Pears:
