 Breakfast Pizza with Sausage Gravy and Eggs



Ingredients:


1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 lb breakfast sausage

2 tbsp flour

1 1/2 cups milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Preparation:


Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.

In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread sausage gravy over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Crack eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm. Enjoy!
