Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (drained)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray (for greasing)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
Dip each ball into the beaten egg, coating evenly, then place it on the baking sheet.
Lightly spray the balls with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
