Cheesecake muffins 😋
INGREDIENTS (for 12 muffins)
200 g sour cream
200 g cream cheese
1 egg (size M)
100g sugar
200 g sweet condensed milk
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can of tangerines (drained weight: 175 g)
PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees (fan oven: 140 degrees). Rinse the silicone muffin tin with cold water, do not dry it. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together in a bowl. Add the egg, condensed milk, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract and sugar and mix everything well.
2nd step
Divide the mixture up to ⅔ between the wells of the muffin tin and distribute the tangerine pieces on top. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes. Allow the cheesecake muffins to cool completely.
