Ingredients:
2 lb beef chuck roast 🥩
4 potatoes, cubed 🥔
3 carrots, sliced 🥕
1 onion, quartered 🧅
4 cups beef broth
Instructions:
Sear Roast:
Brown the roast on all sides in a hot pan.
Slow Cook:
Add roast, potatoes, carrots, and onion to a slow cooker. Pour in beef broth and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve:
Shred beef and serve with veggies.
