Mini tuna and olive cakes

 This is a recipe that everyone loves, very easy and quick to prepare as a starter or for an aperitif. I have tested it on many people, and it is always a success! These mini tuna and olive cakes are very good and very moist, not dry at all and ... foolproof. 


Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 10 cl of oil (5 cl of olive oil, 5 cl of sunflower oil)
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 1 can of tuna in water (140 g drained)
  • 100 g pitted green olives
  • 2 tsp harissa (optional)

Preparation :


Cut the olives into slices.

Mix the eggs with the flour. Add the oil then the milk and the baking powder.



Add the crumbled tuna, grated cheese and sliced ​​olives. Mix everything together. Add the harissa.



Pour the cake mixture into a mini tartlet or mini muffin mold.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180° (15-20 minutes for a mini version)
