Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

½ cup sugar

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp eggnog extract (optional)

Red and green frosting or brown sprinkles for decorating

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, vanilla, and eggnog extract.

Gradually add flour until well combined.

Roll dough into balls, press to create "hoof prints."
