 Lobster Ravioli in a Zesty Lemon Butter Sauce 🦞🍋



Ingredients:


For the Ravioli:


12 oz lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:


¼ cup unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

¼ cup heavy cream

¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:


1️⃣ Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3️⃣ Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and broth. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4️⃣ Add heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5️⃣ Toss the cooked ravioli in the sauce, making sure to coat them evenly.

6️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.


Notes:


Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

Serve with a side of garlic bread or a simple green salad.
