 Irresistible Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes 🧁🍰



Ingredients:


For the Cupcakes:


1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients per package instructions)

1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)

2 cups cold milk

For the Ganache:


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:


Prepare vanilla cupcakes according to the cake mix instructions and allow them to cool completely.

In a bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Chill for 5-10 minutes.

Once the cupcakes are cool, cut out a small circle in the center of each cupcake and fill it with the vanilla pudding.

For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Dip the tops of each filled cupcake into the chocolate ganache and let it set.

Notes:


For extra flair, drizzle additional chocolate or sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
