Homemade Italian Hoagie Dip 🥖🧀
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound deli ham, chopped
- 1/2 pound salami, chopped
- 1/2 pound pepperoni, chopped
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup banana peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
2. Add the mayonnaise, red onion, banana peppers, black olives, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Just before serving, fold in the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
5. Serve with slices of Italian bread or your favorite crackers.
