GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN SKEWERS 🧄🧀🍗✨
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for extra flavor).
Prepare the Skewers:
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20-30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
Cook the Skewers:
