🍪 Cookies 'n Cream Cookies 🍪
Soft, chewy, and packed with Oreo chunks and white chocolate chips—perfect for cookie lovers!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream the Butter and Sugars:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients:
Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
5️⃣ Fold in the Mix-ins:
Gently fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
6️⃣ Form the Cookies:
Using a cookie scoop, place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
7️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set. Cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
