Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Bakes 🍗🥦🧀
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the Chicken: Liberally season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish.
Create the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the chicken.
Arrange the Broccoli: Distribute the broccoli florets around and atop the chicken.
Top with Cheese: Cover the chicken and broccoli with an even layer of shredded cheese.
Baking Time: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese has melted into a bubbly, golden layer.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the bake just before serving.
