Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
Instructions:
Prepare the potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Cook the steak tips:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine and serve:
Remove potatoes from the oven and add to the skillet with steak tips. Stir to combine and serve hot.
