 Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Mash 🥩🧄🥔



Ingredients:


1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper (to taste)

2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

For the Mash:


4 large potatoes (peeled and cubed)

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:


1️⃣ For the mash: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4️⃣ Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

5️⃣ Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.


Notes:


Add a splash of lemon juice to the butter sauce for a fresh kick.

Pair with steamed veggies for a balanced meal.
