2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Wooden or metal skewers

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Prepare the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.

Grill the Skewers: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
